If a representative of the Referring Agency/Partner accompanies or drives a client to the appointment, it is necessary for the case worker and/or driver to remain at our location for the entire appointment. To schedule an appointment, contact Wings For Success by telephone, (610) 344-9331, with the following information: client's name clothing size information type of employment any special needs It is important that we are given adequate notice when scheduling appointments. Follow Up Appointments A follow up appointment can be scheduled once a client has secured employment if they require additional outfits, company specific clothing or uniforms. If it is necessary, the client may contact us directly for the follow up. Rescheduling/Cancellation of Appointments Wings understands that at times it is necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment. When this occurs, it is IMPERATIVE for the Referral Partner or Client to call (610) 344-9331 in a timely fashion and state slowly and clearly the following: client name, appointment date and time, and how to reach them if a reschedule is desired. Wings functions on the kindness and generosity of volunteers who donate their time and talents. We cannot expect them to keep coming out for no-show/no-call appointments. Appointment Times We will make every effort to schedule your client's appointment in a convenient and timely fashion. Once an appointment is made, please be sure client arrives on time. We often schedule appointments back-to-back so if a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, they may be required to reschedule. Typically, appointments are Monday through Friday between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. However, occasional weekend or evening appointments can be arranged. Appointment Process

Initial Appointments
